Hardly to believe, but I have never looked up anything about wedding etc. before my proposal. And now I created genuinely everywhere on my social media channels pinboards for any inspirations like decorations, wedding dress, shoes, hairstyles, make-up, locations etc. It may be stressful, but I enjoy every single minute of the wedding plan.- You marry only once. I am a perfectionist: It should be elegant, classic and original. It is also hard to believe how much we have already planned: the place, the date, the church, the cake, the invitations and the wedding dress can be crossed out of our to-do list. At this rate, we could easily get married this fall. However, we want to enjoy the time as a fiancée before we say yes and plan the wedding summer 2018 in beautiful Wroclaw. Calendar Countdown
12 months:
- Organize a meeting of both families to discuss the date, budget and ideas of your wedding
- Decide on the nature of your wedding (in the church, on the beach, in the office, ...?)
- Chose the church and / or the town hall
- Book the photographer
- Send "Save the date" cards, if you like this custom (by e-mail, post)
10-6 months:
- If you decide for a Wedding Planner, then this is a good time.
- Choose and confirm the candidacy of your bridemaids/groomsmen.
- Write a first guestlist.
- Book the place of celebration and book the date.
- Book the DJ or the band.
- Order the wedding dress - it can take up to 6 months.
- Look for the suit for the groom.
5 months:
- If you insist on filming your wedding, it is now time to search for a camera man.
- Write the final guestlist.
- Order and sent the invitations.
4 months:
- Prepare any paperwork.
- Think about the destination of your honeymoon.
- Make an appointment with the dentist, beautician, fitness trainer.
3 months:
- Buy the wedding rings (with engraving?)
- Think about your transport and the guests.
- Search and book accommodations for your guests.
- Prepare documents in the registry office.
- accessoires for the groom.
2 months:
- Book a make-up artist and hairdresser.
- Choose an attraction for your celebration (Photobooth, Candy Bar, fireworks...)
- Think about the decoration in the church and the hall (balloons, lights, flowers ...)
- Confirm the date with the photographer and camera man.
- Talk to the band about the songlist.
- Talk with the priest about the course of the ecclesiastical ceremony.
- Discuss the details of your wedding.
- Select the menu, the alcohol, the tablecloths, etc.
- Division of tasks.
- Pick the wedding cake and order it.
- Order the garter, the accessories for the bridegroom and the bridemaids/ groomsmen.
- Decide when and where the Bachlor and Bachlorette party should take place.
2 weeks:
- Make an appointment with your hairdresser and makeup artist for your trial make-up and hairstyle.
- Confirm the guestlist with the help of the send reply cards.
- Plan the seating arrangements.
1 week:
- Collect all decorations like name tags, menu card, gifts for parents etc.)
- Meet with the priest and discuss the final course of the ceremony.
- Finalization of the guestlist.
- Discuss the course of the wedding.
- Preparations for the honeymoon.
One day:
- Prepares a SOS packet: handkerchiefs, aspirin, deodorant, lipstick, etc. for bride and groom.
- Confirm the pickup time for the bridal bouquet, the time for make-up artist, for the hairdresser, for the band, the photographer etc.
- Check the course of your wedding day.
DE Hallo meine Lieben!
Kaum zu glauben, aber ich habe mir nie vor dem Heiratsantrag jemals den Kopf zerbrochen wie alles ausschauen könnte. Und jetzt erstelle ich echt überall auf meinen social media Kanälen Pinnwände für jegliche Inspirationen wie Dekorationen, Hochzeitskleid, Schuhe, Frisuren, Make-up, Locations etc. Stressig wird es definitiv, da ich eine Kleine Perfektionistin bin: Elegant, Klassisch und Originell soll es sein. Ebenfalls kaum zu glauben ist die Tatsache wieviel wir schon geplant haben: Ort, Datum, Kirche, Torte, Einladungen und Brautkleid kann man mit Unterzeichnung der Verträge abhacken. Mit diesem Tempo könnten wir glatt diesen Herbst heiraten. Jedoch wollen wir die Zeit als Verlobte genießen und es bald wieder ruhiger angehen lassen. Amüsant finde ich, dass ich bei der spontanen Brautkleideranprobe mich schon in das zweite Modell verliebt habe.
Kalendarium - Countdown
12 Monate:
- Organisiert ein Treffen beider Familien, um den Termin, das Budget und die Vorstellungen Eurer Hochzeit zu bereden
- Entscheidet Euch über die Art Eurer Hochzeit (in der Kirche, am Strand, Standesamt,...?)
- Wählt die Kirche und /oder Standesamt aus
- Bucht den Fotografen
- Versendet "Save the date"- Karten, wenn Euch dieser Brauch gefällt (per e-mail, Post)
10-6 Monate:
- Wenn Ihr Euch für einen Weddingplaner entscheidet, dann ist jetzt ein guter Zeitpunkt.
- Wählt und bestätigt die Kandidatur Eurer Trauzeugen/Trauzeuginnen.
- Verfasst eine erste Gästeliste.
- Bucht den Ort der Feier und bucht das Datum.
- Bucht den DJ oder die Band.
- Bestellt das Brautkleid - es kann bis zu 6 Monate dauern. Es gibt mehrere anproben (mit Brautschuhen, Dessous, und nötigen Kürzungen)
- Sucht den Anzug für den Bräutigam aus.
5 Monate:
- Wenn Ihr darauf besteht Eure Hochzeit zu filmen, dann ist jetzt der Zeitpunkt, um Euch um einen Kameramann zu bemühen.
- Verfasst die endgültige Gästeliste.
- Bestellt und verschickt die Einladungen.
4 Monate:
- Bereitet jeglichen Papierkram vor.
- Macht Euch Gedanken über Eure Flitterwochen.
- Vereinbart einen Termin beim Zahnarzt, Kosmetikerin, Fitnesstrainer.
3 Monate:
- Kauft die Eheringe (mit Gravur?)
- Denkt an Euren Transport und an die der Gäste.
- Sucht und bucht die Unterkunft für Eure Gäste.
- Dokumente im Standesamt.
- Details für den Bräutigam.
2 Monate:
- Reserviert eine Visagistin und Friseurin.
- Wählt eine Attraktion für Eure Feier aus (Photobooth, Candy Bar, ...)
- Macht Euch Gedanken über die Dekoration in der Kirche und im Saal (Luftballons, Windlichter, Blumen...)
- Bestätigt den Termin beim Fotografen und Kameramann.
- Wendet Euch an die Band und besprecht die Songliste.
- Spricht mit dem Priester über den Ablauf der kirchlichen Zeremonie (Ehegelübte könnt Ihr ablesen, nachsprechen, auswendig sagen)
1 Monat:
- Besprecht die Details Eurer Hochzeit.
- Wählt das Menü, den Alkohol, die Tischdecken, u.s.w. aus.
- Aufgabenteilung.
- Wählt die Hochzeitstorte aus und bestellt sie.
- Bestellt das Strumpfband, die Accesoires für den Bräutigam und die Trauzeugen.
- Besprecht wann und wo die Bachlor- und Bachloretteparty stattfinden soll.
2 Wochen:
- Probefrisur und Probemakeup.
- Bestätigt die Gästeliste anhand der Rückantworten.
- Plant die Tischordnung.
1 Woche:
- Sammelt alle Dekorationen wie Namensschilder, Menükarte, Geschenke für Eltern u.s.w.)
- Trifft Euch mit dem Priester und besprecht den endgültigen Verlauf der Zeremonie.
- Finalisation der Gästeliste.
- Besprecht den Ablauf des Hochzeitstages.
- Vorbereitungen für die Flitterwochen.
Ein Tag:
- Bereitet ein SOS-packet vor: Taschentücher, Aspirin, Deo, Lippenstift, etc.
- Bestätigt die Abholuhrzeit für den Brautstrauß, die Uhzeit für Make-up Artist, für den Friseur, für die Band, den Fotografen etc.
- Checkt nochmal in Ruhe den Ablauf des Hochzeitstages.

Oh je, da kriegt man schon beim lesen deiner timeline-liste panik,
ReplyDeletewobei das ja alles wirklich gut durchstrukturiert ist.
Ich frage mich jedes Mal, wie alle so schöne Hochzeiten stemmen,
da ist so unglaublich viel Arbeit und kleine Details dahinter.
