Snack // Chickpeas & Sunny-Side-Up

2.12.15

EN Hello my lovelies and Hello D E C E M B E R ! ! !
Today I won`t welcome you yet with a Christmas special recipe, but that will happen soon- I promise! Finally it is December, my favorite month: It is cold outside and you cuddle up closer to your loved ones, warming each other while softly sizzles the fire in the chimey, and in the background Christmas carols- oh, how beautiful. Moreover december is one of the busiest month of the year : First comes St. Nicholas day with its candies, then my birthday, Christmas Eve, the anniversary of my parents (they are already 30 years together!) and finally New Year`s Eve. Sometimes life can be really stressful, especially during the Christmas season ;) As well remains not so much time for a little refreshment. Today I introduce you to an extremely simple, but also very tasty snack that is rich in proteins and you need only six products for it. So here we go!

What you need:

1) 1x tin chickpeas
2) 1x spring onions
3) 1x ts curry powder
4) 1x Ciabatta Bun
5) 1x egg
6) 1x tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

On the Heat skillet or wok, add chickpeas and curry powder and mix properly. Meanwhile you can devote yourself to the Sunny Side Up egg. However patience is very important. The pan should be heated at low level - the precise art of a perfect sunny side up egg is shown  in the video below.
Now you toast your ciabatta bun, sprinkle it with olive oil. Sqash the chickpeas, otherwise they will roll down quickly ;) Then you can cut the spring onions and  place them on the chickpeas and the egg. Salt & pepper - Ready! Enjoy your meal!  :)

                                                                                   //

DE Hallo meine Lieben und hallo D E Z E M B E R ! ! !
Also auf geht`s!

Was Ihr benötigt:

1) 1x Dose Kichererbsen
2) 1x Strauch Frühlingszwiebeln
3) 1x TL Curry pulver
4) 1x Ciabatta Brötchen
5) 1x Ei
6) 1x EL Olivenöl

Zubereitung:

Salzen & Pfeffern - Fertig! Lasst es Euch schmecken :)
