90`s Party // Pulp Fiction

EN In my opinion dress-up parties are particularly fun. I can not wait to see my friends at the upcoming 90s party that will take place thsi upcoming Friday. More precisely, it`s gonna be a 80s / 90s party, but since I am not a fan of the neon-colored aerobics clothes, I chose the 90s. I want to impersonate a well-known movie character and immediately Mia Wallace from Pulp Fiction came to mind: Her costume is easy: Consider a white blouse, black leggings / pants, dark red lipstick and nail polish, and as a highlight a black short hair wig and your costume of Mia Wallace is complete. 
Frankly, I never wore a wig before, so I was pretty excited when I tried it on: According to my boyfriend I looked like a russian spy: Simply HOT. Michael goes as Vincent Vega and the most important detail of his outfit is the so-called Black Agate Stone Bolo Tie and gelled hair. To be perfect, we will learn the moves of their dance to the Twist. In other words, we can not wait until friday :)


DE Partys auf denen man sich verkleiden kann sind meiner Meinung nach besonders spaßig. Ich kann es kaum erwarten meine Freunde zu sehen auf der bevorstehenden 90iger Party, die diesen Freitag statt finden wird. Genauer gesagt handelt es sih um eine 80iger / 90iger Party... Da ich kein Fan von den Neonfarbigen Aerobic Klamotten bin und ich mir erst so was ähnliches zu legen müsste, entschied mich mich eher für die 90iger. Ich wollte einen bekannten Charakter spielen und da kam mir sofort Mia Wallace aus Pulp Fiction in den Sinn: Ihr Kostüm ist leicht , man braucht nur eine weiße Bluse, schwarze Leggins/Hose, dunkelroter Lippenstift und Nagellack und als Highlight eine schwarze Kurzhaarperücke. Ehrlich gesagt trug ich noch ne eine Perücke und ich kann Euch schon mal eines verraten: Laut meinem Freund sehe ich darin aus wie eine russische Spionin.- Kurzum: HOT. Michael geht als Vincent Vega und das wichtigste an seinem Outfit ist der sogenannte Bolo Tie mit schwarzem Agate Stein und nach hinten gegelte Haare. Zur Perfektion werden wir auch die Cheografie des Twists einüben- Mit anderen Worten: Wir können es kaum erwarten :)

Mia: "Don't you just love it when you come back from the bathroom and find your food waiting for you?"
Vincent: "We're lucky we got anything at all. I don't think Buddy Holly's much of a waiter."

Mia: Vincent, do you still want to hear my Fox Force Five joke? 
Vincent: Sure, but I think I'm still a little too petrified to laugh. 
Mia: No, you wont laugh, 'cus it's not funny. But if you still wanna hear it, I'll tell it. 
Vincent: I can't wait. 
Mia: Three tomatoes are walking down the street- a poppa tomato, a momma tomato, and a little baby tomato. Baby tomato starts lagging behind. Poppa tomato gets angry, goes over to the baby tomato, and smooshes him... and says, Catch up.

    Hey, coole Idee so eine 90er Party. :D Dein Outfit ist wirklich großartig. Ich war letztens auf einer "Helden deiner Kindheit" Party im Hotel Osttirol und bin als Pippi Langstrumpf gegangen. *g* Das war mit den abstehenden Zöpfen schon etwas aufwändig, aber super lustig. :D
