                Pesto Rosso

For the dough: Mix dough ingredients and 1/4 L of warm water and let it grow.

In the meantime, pre-heat the oven for 220 degrees, circulating air 200 degrees. Finely chop the vegetables and the arugula; cut the chicken meat into small pieces and fry until golden brown in a pan. Knead the dough, roll out to 6 oblong patties and coat each with Pesto Rosso (eg the organic variant of Rossmann), sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of oil and  let the patties bake for 15 minutes. Finally add the whole green stuff and yoghurt as a topping and sprinkle with Pulbiber. Bon Appetit!

Bon Appetit!
